I. Structure Selection Based on Brick Type

Solid Bricks: Simple structure, integral mold box is sufficient.

Porous/Hollow Bricks: Requires complex molds with core rods to ensure smooth core extraction and easy cleaning.

Road/Decorative Bricks: Requires precision-carved cavity molds to ensure clear patterns and smooth demolding.

II. Core Material Selection

Mold Box Side Plates: High wear-resistant steel (such as Hardener plate) is preferred, essential for high output and hard aggregates.

Core Rods and Press Heads: Must be made of high-strength alloy tool steel, wear-resistant and impact-resistant.

Base Plate: Use thick steel plate to ensure flatness and no deformation.

Key Point: Higher output and coarser raw materials require higher wear resistance.
