Secondary maintenance
The secondary maintenance cycle of a concrete mixer generally ranges from 700 to 1500 hours of working hours. 2. When disassembling and inspecting the motor, the dust on the stator winding should be removed, the bearings should be cleaned and new lubricating grease should be added, and the gap between the stator and rotor should be checked and adjusted.
3. When disassembling and inspecting open gears, it is necessary to clean the gear tooth profile, circumference and bearings, check the wear and tear, and replace them if there is excessive wear.
4. The inner and outer brake bands of the loading clutch should be replaced in time if they are excessively worn.
5. When the frame of the concrete mixer is skewed and deformed, it should be repaired or corrected.
6. When disassembling and inspecting the water measuring device, straighten the position of the casing, remove the rust around the suction pipe and casing and on the inner lever, and apply anti-rust paint.
7. When disassembling and inspecting the three-way valve, the rust and scale near the valve cavity and pipe interface should be removed to keep the waterway open.
