5. After each shift, the concrete mixer should be carefully cleaned.

 First level maintenance

Concrete mixers generally undergo first-level maintenance after 100 hours of operation.

 1. In the first-level maintenance of the mixer, in addition to the daily maintenance work, the clutch must be disassembled and inspected, and the brake clearance must be checked and adjusted. If the inner and outer brake bands of the clutch are excessively worn, they must be replaced. In addition, it is necessary to check the wire rope, V-belt sliding bearing, sleeping system and running wheel, etc.

 2. During the first-level maintenance of the forced concrete mixer, it is necessary to check and adjust the gap between the mixing blades, scraper and liner, the sealing and flexibility of the upper hopper and discharge door, the wear degree of the clutch and the normal algorithm of the first-level water distribution system.

3 For concrete mixers using chain drive, the chain pitch elongation needs to be checked.

Secondary maintenance

The secondary maintenance cycle of a concrete mixer generally ranges from 700 to 1500 hours of working hours. In the secondary maintenance, in addition to the primary maintenance work, the reducer, motor and open gear must be disassembled and inspected. In addition, it is necessary to check the frame and the discharging control mechanism, clean the running wheels and

1. When disassembling and inspecting the reducer, the gear must be cleaned. axis. Axis vomiting and oil passage. Check the wear degree of the halogen profile surface - after the disassembly and inspection is completed, add new gear oil.

2. When disassembling and inspecting the motor, the dust on the stator winding should be removed, the bearings should be cleaned and new lubricating grease should be added, and the gap between the stator and rotor should be checked and adjusted.

3. When disassembling and inspecting open gears, it is necessary to clean the gear tooth profile, circumference and bearings, check the wear and tear, and replace them if there is excessive wear.

4. The inner and outer brake bands of the loading clutch should be replaced in time if they are excessively worn.

5. When the frame of the concrete mixer is skewed and deformed, it should be repaired or corrected.

6. When disassembling and inspecting the water measuring device, straighten the position of the casing, remove the rust around the suction pipe and casing and on the inner lever, and apply anti-rust paint.

7. When disassembling and inspecting the three-way valve, the rust and scale near the valve cavity and pipe interface should be removed to keep the waterway open.
