Intelligent Brick Manufacturing Plant Construction: End-to-End Automation from Raw Materials to Finished Products
The intelligent brick manufacturing plant utilizes highly integrated automation technology to connect the entire process from raw material processing, molding and curing to finished product packaging into a highly efficient, continuous, and minimally manned intelligent production system. Its core objective is to achieve stable quality, improve efficiency, reduce labor and operating costs, and create a modern, green building materials production base.
The entire process begins with automated pre-processing and precise delivery of raw materials. The plant has raw material silos and storage yards. Different materials (such as cement, fly ash, sand, gravel, and recycled aggregates) are automatically transported to the batching station via enclosed conveyor belts. The intelligent batching system automatically weighs and proportions various materials according to a preset formula using high-precision electronic scales. The batched dry materials enter a mixer, where water and admixtures are added and automatically mixed to prepare a uniform and qualified molding mixture. The entire process is monitored by a central control system to ensure accurate proportioning.
Molding and curing are the core of automation, achieving unmanned operation. The mixed mixture is automatically conveyed to the molding section by a conveyor belt. Upon receiving materials, the fully automated brick-making machine automatically performs actions such as material feeding, pressurization, vibration, and demolding to produce brick blanks. A robotic arm or automated conveyor line picks up the brick blanks and stacks them onto curing pallets, then sends them into an intelligent curing kiln. The temperature and humidity inside the curing kiln are automatically controlled by the system to accelerate the hardening of the bricks using optimal processes. After curing, the bricks are automatically transported to the unloading station.
Finished product processing and packaging complete the final closed loop, achieving information traceability. Bricks that have reached the required strength are removed from the pallets by an automated unloading machine and undergo rapid sampling inspection for appearance or strength by testing equipment. Qualified bricks are stacked, bundled, and film-wrapped by robots or automated packaging lines to form neat finished product stacks. Finally, automated forklifts or conveyor lines transport the finished products to the warehouse. Throughout the entire process, each pallet or batch of products has a unique information identifier, allowing traceability of all data, including production time, raw material batch, and process parameters.
Through the automated connection of the entire chain, the intelligent brick-making factory not only significantly reduces manual intervention and physical labor, but more importantly, ensures the uniformity and stability of product quality, and significantly improves production efficiency and resource utilization. It is a key path for the brick-making industry to transform and upgrade and achieve intelligent manufacturing.
