The HB-C square wave inverters have
recently been redesigned and modified in
general terms to suit most basic appliances
especially in the area of frequency
stabilization. Before now they are best
utilized for resistive loads operation ,but
can now be used more conveniently with
inductive loads. However, their efficiency
can get as much as 90% when used with
resistive loads only but would drop
drastically on the application of inductive
loads. With the edges of the square wave now
corrected , the HB-C range can now
accommodate more inductive load without
immediate damage to the inverter. The
charging function which is composite like
the HB-A or HB-B models is able to
deliver bulk current to the battery bank.
Though the charging system may not be
3-stage, it has been improved to be able to
restore battery bank capacity to about 80%
of its rated capacity by sensitivity
enhancement circuitry. The analogue and LED
indicators are well arranged and redesigned
to inform more accurately on the actual
state of operation or status of the
inverter. With the temperature controlled
forced cooling fan the inverter can now be
deployed to be used in tropical regions
without fear of brown-out of the power
transistors. The HB-C series are handy and
have wide range of capacities and DC input
ranges. The charger system has the ability
to recover batteries from state of deep
discharge, un any other inverter/charger in
the market. Resistive and capacitive loads
recommended include TV, lights music, and
computers. |
