HBC-P SERIES INVERTER |
| The HB-B Series Inverters are
highly reliable and advanced technology
inverters. Incorporation of multifunction,
high speed microprocessor, ensures a stable
output functions which include: the
frequency, output waveform, battery charging
stages and input/output power switches and
transfers. Designed with domestic and office
equipments usage in mind, it incorporates
all standard safety features to enhance
operations by a non professional without
fear or known hazards to the user or the
environment. The range of inverters can
conveniently operate most office or domestic
appliances like televisions, computer
systems, fans, lighting points, and kitchen
appliances. Photocopying machines ,
fluorescent lights and the likes cannot,
however, be durably supported by these power
generators. |

SUMMARY OF FEATURES: |
1. Battery/Battery Charging:
Battery Type Select, 3-stage Battery
Charging Function, Low Battery Alarm,
Battery Overcharge and Discharge Protection
and Battery Input Ranges from 12V DC to 48V
DC.
2. FUNCTIONAL PROTECTIONS: Over
Temperature, Over Load, Short Circuit and
Low Idle Current Level.
3. INDICATORS/DISPLAYS: Led indication
for Inverter Mode, Battery Charging, Fault
Mode, Overload, and Analogue Voltage and
Current Indicators.
4. ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECT: Noiseless
Operation and Low radiation Effect. |
|
SUMMARY OF OPERATION: |
At the instance of input mains, the
power transfer system of the inverter passes
on the input AC to the output section and
simultaneously delivers same to the
connected load. When the input source fails,
the inverter mode is automatically
engaged. The output of the inverter is
automatically fed to the load via the
transfer circuitry at a speed less than
15ms.Depending on the status of the
inverter/changer system, the charging
process may start automatically or manually.
The process is reversed when the mains is
restored.

OUTPUT AC WAVE FORM DEFINITION: |
The figure 1a. Below shows the
transposition of two or more square
waveforms with the average value forming
what is now referred to as modified square
wave or quasi sine wave. The output waveform
thus generated by powerful, reliable and
high speed MOSFETS , microprocessor
controlled, makes the PRC-P series stands
out as the top in its class of inverters.
With the ability to carry large load
and charge bulk volume of batteries it is
compensated with large heat sink and
temperature controlled forced cooling
system. By this ,it is equipped for use in
tropical regions. Figure 2. Explains the
battery charging curve, indicating the
ability for inverter to conveniently handle
the charging of batteries in the shortest
possible time following the charge curve
specifically meant for the battery of
choice. The 3-stage charge curve allows the
inverter to completely and fully charge
batteries without possibility of overcharge.
The figure 3. Show the slim tower
designwhich uniquely fits into the tiniest
corner in the room or officewith ease of
carriage, thanksto the recessed carriage
handle.
